Satori
A Japanese term that refers to a sudden, profound realization or awakening. It's often described as an experience of enlightenment, where one gains insight into the true nature of existence. In Zen practice, satori is a moment of clarity or awakening that transcends intellectual understanding, offering a direct, intuitive grasp of reality.
It's not something that can be fully explained in words because it’s considered an experiential realization. After experiencing satori, one might view life with a new perspective, feeling deeply connected to the present moment and the world around them. It's often likened to a "flash of insight" or a "moment of clarity."
